Quintin Kester, a proud Cherokee Nation member, was born in October 1966 and raised in Bell, Ok. Rotted in Cherokee traditions and values, he developed a deep sense of community, service and leadership from an early age.

A pivotal experience in his youth was his involvement in the Bell Water Project, a transformative initiative led by Wilma Mankiller, which brought clean drinking water to his community. This project ignited his passion for infrastructure, economic development, and advocacy for tribal sovereignty.

With a steadfast commitment to supporting Native communities, Quintin founded Tribal Contract Solutions, a Native American-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). Through this venture, he is dedicated to helping tribes and federal agencies navigate government contracting, maximize opportunities, and foster long-term economic sustainability.
